National Delivery:
Africa Smart Talk offers delivery throughout South Africa only and not internationally. We offer economical delivery arrangements for any order unless we provide otherwise. Therefore be aware that delivery charges may be applicable. Our delivery services are contracted to trusted and reputable courier companies.
Orders are processed within 1 working day but deliveries may take 1 – 3 days. No deliveries will be arranged over the weekends and public holidays. Please be advised that certain products have an additional delivery lead time, which is clearly reflected at the time of purchase.
Where possible, orders placed before 13:00 on weekdays will be dispatched on the same day. Delivery times are estimates and we offer no guarantee against any delay.
If we are experiencing a high order volume, delivery arrangements may be delayed. If there is any significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Delivery Exceptions:
Oversize Products:
Products over 2Kgs or larger than will fit in a standard delivery bag may be subject to an additional oversize delivery charges.
If no issue is raised at the point of delivery, and the product is accepted, the parcel will be considered as delivered in good condition and no subsequent complaints will be accepted by Africa Smart Talk.
But if you have refused the delivery, please get hold of us as soon as possible so we can have your goods sent to you in good condition. If possible send up pictures of the damage so we can raise it with the courier company.
